I'm not pro-Milosevic but I can't deny the fact that the refugee tragedy was GREATLY accelerated by NATO bombings. You'll see in the coming weeks NATO back-tracking trying to table new solutions which they should have proposed a month ago rather than serving Milosevic with an Ultimatum. NATO is realizing that the clock is ticking for their involvement and the Russians are inflamed. They must press for a quick solution.
