My pleasure. Using a mechanical system has worked out much better for me. I think more traditional trend following systems can do almost as well, but the trick is to force yourself to follow it.

Nets are still long tonight (SP and US). SP model I trade went long at the close, I bought at 1368. I was tempted to buy early in the day but didn't. I did put in an order at 1321 thinking that may be touched, no luck. I guess 1337 in the hand is better than 1322 in the bush <g>
