Mr. Pink has heard it all before. If you think the comments are "libelous", you ignorant fool, simple read the disclosure in the company's recently filed S3; there the risks of substantial dilution and the potential for bankruptcy are clearly spelled out so that even someone who did not graduate from college like Mr. Liviakis or yourself could understand the substantial risks involved.

Read it and weep.
