there is a flaw hopefully in your logic and many others when they throw that stuff in our face. It isn't about clinton first of all but us..Practically all of us I think assume that clinton is a political animal..and he follows polls.. If the US citizens wanted to defend the 1 1/2 million or 800,000 Ruwandans, I think clinton would have done it. that isn't the point either.. why point to the past..don't most humans want peace and forgiveness.. if finally somebody is trying to do something about atrocities..isn't that a new beginning..so what if we didn't do anything before..can we become better human beings and start trying to rewrite wrongs by starting now..otherwise..according to your argument..since we turned our back before,. shouldn't do anything to remediate it now and in future I still think that if one billion dollar rewards were put out for war criminals..bring them to trial alive..that would solve a great deal?
