In either poker terminology or football there are some other possibilities, in football you close your eyes and punt and hope for the best, or in poker you can always try to BLUFF. In neither case do you carry it so far as to follow up with a law suit. Basically I agree with what you're saying here but can't understand Aber's position on the follow through unless there is still something basic that we don't know. If there isn't then Aber is being either very naive or particularly stupid IMHO. Cheers
