FlatTax,

Great post. The fact that you hate etrade so much, and haven't left, is wonderful news. Shows how important it is to get the customers first, worry about service later.

Due to the sale of ClearStation, I now have a large (and restricted) position in EGRP, so I am even more bullish from now on. :-)

Sorry you are so unhappy with E-Trade. I LOVE THEM. I put an order to buy at MARKET GNEN. Within minutes I had a confirmation much lower than the ASK. E-trade has been good to me. Tried to also buy GNEN in My DLJ Direct for the same price and it never went through.
