I understand that the NASD has been informed of the facts. The mechanics of how and when they remove the symbol etc lies with them. There is a possibility that they may delay pending the filing of the merger docs with the relevant states, SEC etc. I understand all of these will be filed by Wednesday. If I hear more I will post the relevant information.
