Hello thread - I have a question that I hope someone can help me with.

I just got a new pc today with win98. I have been using win 3.1, so this is a whole new experience.<g>

I have backed up my bookmark files from my old pc and want to upload to my new pc. I know this may sound silly and, perhaps, could eventually figure this out (maybe), but where is the equivalent of the old win 3.1 "program manager" in win 98, so I can copy from drive a to drive c?

I have been on this new pc for about 3 hours, mainly trying to get hooked up to my server <g>, so I'm trying to save time looking at everything.

TIA, very much!
Challo

Hi Mark, guess what..yipper I have IE5 finally...

Haven't had time to check out all the features on it yet, but it seems to be working great and I noticed its much faster than the other browser.

I just wanted to mentioned something I found out last week, I had wondered why my computer was so slow and always seemed to be bogged down..I called my ISP and found out that the Primary and Secondary DNS numbers were missing. They gave me the numbers which I guess is like a server addresses and it worked like a charm, I noticed the difference right away.. Everything moved so much faster and smoother. Somehow, I lost them off my computer...I'm not sure how.

If anyone is interested in finding out where to check for this just let me know..I think this only applies if you have modem Dialup service..
