I wanted to make sure this NT install had only one place to go so I disabled everything else. That was a very good lesson here on the thread. It worked w/o any problems, well almost, thank God. I say almost because I inadvertently also disconnected my cdrom ide 2 slave and couldn't run the nt cd until I realized that. Nice thing about these removables to disable them just turn the key no rumaging around inside the box following ribbon cables.

Now I am jealous.

You can have Bios auto detect your CPU Clock ratio by just selecting 450/100 or you can select manual> CPU Clock :100MHz and CPU Clock Ratio: 4.5.

So why are the ABIT boards favored for overclocking? Is it because the voltage can be adjusted on the ABIT boards?
