Wi-LAN Inc. another exciting wireless company

Great news and good volume. Congratulations to all involved.

I think everyone here will be interested in another Canadian opportunity, namely Wi-LAN Inc. Wi-LAN has been in the wireless Internet access for the past few years and has recently scored a number of significant contracts with Telia (the main telephone company in Sweden) for seven European countries, with Tele2 (UK) for the United Kingdom and with RSL.Com Canada for Canada. The combined value of these contracts could be in excess of $200M (USD) over the next five years. Wi-LAN has technology that is 30Mbps compared to the 2Mbps currently on the market.

Wi-LAN is on the verge of big moves. The National newspaper in Canada, the Globe and Mail, had an article today about the future of Wi-LAN. You can find it at

globetechnology.com

Wi-LAN is traded on the Alberta Stock Exchange under the symbol WIN. It has about 18 Million shares outstanding. It went up over 30% today
on substantial trading.
