Mr Pink, I love this section from the S3: Our Objectives are Dependent on Developing Relationships with A Strategic Partner Our business strategy is heavily dependent on our ability to establish a strategic relationship with a partner who can enhance our market presence and credibility and who can provide needed capital. Our inability to develop a strategic relationship could have a material adverse affect on our business and prospects. Enhance their credibility? Yes, I would say they need a strategic relationship.
