Rocket Red,

<<<If it goes too Court it will be a year down the road before anything happens>>>>

I expect the WSP lawyer will take it to judges chambers and have it dismissed....I doubt it will even get to court now.....besides, the sooner this issue is clarified, the sooner we will see the extra 16% reflected in WSP's share price...

regards,
teevee

CLASS BREAK - CLASS BREAK - RECCESS - RECCESS
Don't want to disrupt this thread's constructive approach to investing but...
RE: Stock option increase sought by WSP.
Last year 1MM share options were handed out and there are a total 4.1MM share options outstanding to date....
Is the company asking to increase the "allocation" of stock options from 4.5MM shares to 6.0MM shares because there are currently 4.1MM options allocated and NO ONE IS EXERCISING THESE and if it keeps on going like this, they will not be able to issue more options once they reach 4.5MM and the real problem here is maybe insiders know what's "in store" and don't want to exercise their options at these ridiculously low prices?

<Now that really puts the boots to Aber and there Aberex>

But not Winspear and therefore Diamondex?

exchange2000.com

What exactly does Aber-bashing accomplish? Is WSP's success dependant on Diavek's failing?

teevee, Gord, .trev ... ?
