<KLOC>

Agreed for the most part. Depends on the opening gap. Stock has run up, but it has been a nice accumulation for the most part, not real 'spikey' and overly fast. Bits and pieces. Pullback no lower than 14 and that's a worse case. I'm in from 7 and can't decide if I should try to sell it AM and guess the open (no access to market during the day).

Good luck all,

x

David - what are your thoughts regarding the volume. As you know the volume has been light over the past 3 weeks during the move up from 12. I'm thinking there will be huge volume tomorrow and that the shorts won't hit until about 24-25.

Thank you again for starting this thread - I've followed it since DBCC/MKTW Regards Neal

Another backdoor play. Here is a copy of my post on another thread.

a pick of mine I was working on today was 'leaked' before I had accumulated my full position. Company is LPGLY (London Pacific and Annuity) They are another backdoor type play for ipo's. They have 15% stake in the Net Perceptions ipo due next week. Also currently hold 1.38mln shares in NETG, and none were filed for sale in NETG's most recent s-1. Float is small, co if profitable (earned 1.85/adr), yield is 6% as well.

Co most recently changed it's accounting to a mark to market, hence book value of stock is now $23.44 Mr Treuger (Chairman) would not elaborate on further holdings. We're still working on more dd, but co is rumored to hold other inets as well.

Check it out. I see 35 or so by next week.

Wow! I did not expect to see such a rapid drop-off! Down to 15 1/2 like that! Looking for a good entry point, and it may be lower than I had hoped.

KLOC - you guys who sold were smart. Hype job pure and simple.
Insider I talked to tonight bailed already and sounded disgusted with the whole deal. Some people are really going to get hurt. If you want backdoor IPO's choose the Class A ones like BKS.
