Ray and Terry -- thanks for sharing information on SBX. It's very much appreciated.

Quite helpful in "fleshing out" the pertinent details in such a busy and hectic world...

Just went to the Signature Brands website (http://www.sigbrand.com) and wasn't too impressed with the layout/quality, and content is obviously out-dated. Mission statement on front page is obviously not applicable as they're out of the food business.

Also checked out the CD Plus site (http://www.cdplus.com), and it looks pretty good. Easy to use, good selection, and convenient way to shop. Prices are pretty close to store prices (15.98 - 20.98), but then add shipping charges (http://www.cd-plus.com/shop/shippinginfo.asp) and it's suddenly more expensive (unless ordering large quantities, like 10+ CDs).

I feel so much better when I invest in companies I like to shop at, from the Canadian Tires to Zellers/Bay, to Bid.Com, etc.

Hey, are Columbia House or BMG Music publicly traded? :) I don't use either because I've had bad experiences with junk mail, and such, but I know so many people who are members.
