Perhaps because of some buzz surrounding LU's having some problems with their own optical platform development. It's not something that normally reaches the press, but it's been rumored, and it's been described to me in some credible terms. Of course, this could only be a reflection of their penchant to announce it's soup before all the ingredients are added. In any event, it's not LU but NT who remains the leader in this space. And it's got all to do with their ability to integrate their optical product within their vertical system framework.
