Yes,, I got a letter today also. I'm not going to let them have my shares at that price. I know I can shrink my losses in the next two quarters. But as a newbie, what effect does this have on the stock price? If they are wanting to make a large investment like this in TAVA, I would think they expect to make money. I'm sure they are not doing it for their health. I've had my letter since noon and have been going from SI to Yahoo waiting for someone to mention the letter. Finally hit Yahoo after 11 pm and now your post here. Good thing I am a night owl. I don't have my answer yet as to what it means to the stock price, but now I'm sure I'll get some answers tomorrow. What is this about. Growth Capital Corp wants to buy 1 million shares. A buy out coming? Is this why TAVA has gone up the last few days? ? Runner

Dear WR and ALL: I think this Growth Capital Corp offer is the most important thing to come to this thread in a long time. I myself have not yet received the letter but several people on the Motley Fool also have received it so I know it is wide spread. I feel it is IMPERATIVE that we learn all we can about this Growth Capital Corp, and its objectives. This could be very good for us or it could be very bad dependant upon what they are up too. Sending a letter out to so many people offering to buy at such a small premium has me very suspicious. They could have just as easily made purchases in the open market at reduced volume levels until they accumulated their 1,000,000 shares. PLEASE, everyone quiz your broker to find out all they can. Report it here and once we learn all we can about the Company then maybe WR or one of our other SLEUTHS can somehow locate a prospectus, or a Corporate Charter or something to find out what GROWTH CAPITAL is all about.
