Art,

You are giving a lot of credit to a bunch of short sellers. Maybe the NY Times and CeBIT press releases triggered short selling after there had already been some price erosion from the high 30's to the low 30's. The combination of the "bad news" and a "overbought" sign flashing in red neon may have been the trigger. The downdraft was dramatic. I think there is more to it than that, although I agree in part with your theory as it supports some of the contentions in my conspiracy theory.

Off Topic

I hope we can replicate the Qualcomm story. I looked at this stock last summer and felt the investment was a bet on Qualcomm's IP and the outcome of the Ericsson suit. I decided not to bite given my shell-shocked state with SNDK. Somebody sent me a private message this Fall making a case for Qualcomm and they were 100% on the money. I wish I had the guts to buy last year. According to the retrospectroscope it would have been a wise decision.

Yeah, I'm one of those long QCOM's that have held for over 2 years and are now just getting their just rewards. I think QCOM announced changing their name to Qual.com.

Still long on SNDK and patiently waiting.
