My 2 cents....the web site has taken sooo long to get going that the positive emotions have been drained. You can see that by the share price.... Now, I feel that unless there is some major announcements about advertising on a big search engine, etc...the only way this is going higher is with a land sale announcement which could take a long time. Thoughts... I'm still holding.

I'm sure many companies could find use for this land. $96 million seems like a lot to you and me, but I guarantee you, I have worked for companies that spend three times that much on projects then sh*tcan them six months later.

The land is available in thirds so the $30 million range is much more in the ballpark.

There are many companies at work in the Amazon, from many different countries, doing many different things.

Enviromentalists could possibly be interested in property like this.

Like it or not, these areas are becoming industrialized and the resources are being used.

Tonto, Perhaps you could call Keyes Realty and ask them what this chunk of land would be good for? They should have a much better idea than I. Or perhaps call the company and give us a report?
