To the Open Thread: My sources tell me that the land will be negotiated the end of April, if everything goes good, a distribution center in the USA - An additional saw mill, and stock buy back. Now this is not direct, just in my opinion Only. Frick

Dave, I am travelling right now, but shall try to establish more information regarding the property. I am disappointed that you provide so much information regarding what the valuations may ultimately be, with so little knowledge regarding this property. What did you base your numbers on, gut feeling? Tonto, Perhaps you could call Keyes Realty and ask them what this chunk of land would be good for? They should have a much better idea than I. Or perhaps call the company and give us a report? Dave
