According to the way I read the filing ... the stock was halted during the conversion date in Oct 1998 ... the calculation in the filings basically tells me the conversion is already done. Now this is just my interpretation and I do not know how to confirm it. If I am correct in my assumption, then the P will not trade again. Guess time will tell. Could be I see 420K of scommon in my account one day and if that happens I will be overjoyed because no aribtrage will occur. Plus I understand DTC has a halt on the MIDLP certs only. The underlying common shares of the P from what I have read are registered. Now this again is my interpretation of reading the filing. We all have our opinions, understandings and interpretations. GB
