conversion is already done.

YET, in their 10Q, they still list the P's...

Common Outstanding (as of 3/31/99) 3,696,807

Preferred Outstanding (as of 3/31/99) 295,911

This is part of the whole picture that needs to get straightened out
before trading commences. Can you imagine the chaos if the P's
converted to common AND are activated for trading too...yikes...
