JC.... Sorry none of the longs are here much to help you with your due diligence. If you had had the inclination to read back a few of the SI posts over the last month, you would have seen where I attempted to point those who are really interested in the stock to the Yahoo boards, specifically the Yahoo club board created by our newest fully-voting Board of Director Billy Harvey. Your questions are indeed simple, it's just the volume of "SLOG" or Long posters here regarding JAWS have diminished given the depth of knowledge elsewhere. Hope this helps. If you can get invited into the Yahoo club board, you can go directly to chat where I would certainly surmise that 16-20 hours per day you will find someone closer to the story willing to help you with your request for information. The answers to your questions are as follows: We don't know about the sharecount, the Form 10 is unclear and the 61% figure may be a typographical error (depends on who you talk to there....much debated and researched in the private board). We have contacted ART the TA. They will not disclose any information at this time. They have suggested that all calls be sent, in writing, be sent directly to Brewer and Pritchard (the attorney for Great White). Good luck, Mark

Evidently the responses you have received have not satisfied your personal quest. Like most things in life, if you want it to your satisfaction, do it yourself. Jim J
