Bilberry,

How long have you (and others, feel free to chip in) been long on JMAR? For myself, it's going on 2.5 years now. I'm not an impatient man, but I'd welcome at least some small sign that's there's life out there among the shareholders... <g>

Bilberry - I sometimes read Yahoo notes -- but not always. I'm amazed at the number of ill-informed people that post there. One comment in particular that I remember from there said that the stock would move "when 90W system sale to major integrator, like SAL, is announced". SAL isn't buying light sources to put into their steppers -- it's the other way around: A company with a light source would buy a stepper to complete the system. JMAR would be buying SAL's steppers (or steppers from other manufacturers), and the stepper and light source would then be sold to a chip manufacturer.

Reading Yahoo notes is time-wasting, and I hope that potential JMAR investors aren't scared off by them. Why would a person want to post notes that constantly bash a company that they have money invested in -- unless they WANT to drive the stock down if they have shorted it.

Sorry, Yahooers - your board gets an "Avoid" rating from me.

Betty

I just wonder why more isn't done to make sure professional bashers don't get away with their powertrip/joyride? Just because they aren't profiting from it, doesn't make it okay. Some good companies have been harmed by these jokers. And, the jokers know it; I'm positive some of them get an emotional kick similar to that of a sociopath. I'm almost positive a correlation can be made between the introduction of these onto the threads and the depressed prices of many good companies; IBM's shrug such off, but the smaller companies are harmed.
Well, that's my take on it. When a company starts being bashed by professional bashers -- and the M.O. is obvious almost every time -- I get out of the stock now, posthaste. I'm like the guy you referred to on the Yahoo thread.
