I share your concerns! Why do you think that 22-nd is the turning point for the take-over? It may happen before, may happen after.
At the same time, correct me if I wrong, FORE made one third of the way down from 22 (01/99) to 13(03/99) because of margins narrowing (as you remember they met numbers last quarter and were around 22 before earnings announcement) and the other two thirds based on acquisition and press-release that planted doubts about numbers of the current quarter. Now we are at 22 again. So, why do you think we are going to be hit badly in case we meet 22-nd not being acquired? (Except reasons in my previous post, where I used the real-estate agent logic: "Prices in this area will always go up because they went up for tree years in a row")
