I want to know what we are fighting for. Are we doing all this so that the people of Kosovo (which happens to be a province of Yugoslavia) can be free to elect a bunch of medieval-religious-nationalist-wackos (but peace-loving, no doubt) to rule them from now on.

Or is it because we admire the Albanian model, as the final stronghold of the Stalinist ideal on the European continent.

I guarantee some General will write a book about how Clinton and his socialist cronies in the State department bypassed normal defense command procedure to jumpstart this conflict. The result is unpreparedness and a lost war before it even got started. More Clinton legacy.

Couple of things that I saw today----

Hungary would not allow Russia to send humanitarian aid through their country---This aid was not specific to one side or the other..

Rumania (sp) refused to discuss joining with Russia and Yugoslavia--in some kind of pact

These two things tell me that the bombing is working--it is frightening off any resistance to NATO

I saw on my newswire today that Greece is planning on revamping their Air Force---Coincidentally there are two potential suppliers --The US---and France---24 billion worth

more proof that this bludgeoning is working as it was intended IMHO

Oh,, and in a great Humaitarian gesture the pope said that it would be wrong to give day after pills to rape victims of this campaign...
