BeWhere, I am not familiar with a case yet where action like this was taken by a legitimate company. In all cases that I have observed so far, it is a red flag warning that there is more concern about the share price of the company's stock in the secondary market than with taking care of business. I will be shocked if RACE is proven to be the first exception. I notice that a lot of play was given to the recent PAIR fraud, yet no acknowledgment was forthcoming concerning the fact that the fraud was exposed by other Internet posters in quick order. It is a good rule of thumb that when those trying to promote a stock are worried about what the short sellers are posting and use litigation in an attempt to silence them, that the short sellers are closer to the truth than they are comfortable with. After all, they have the ability to post as well, and could take care of any fraudulent information as quickly as the PAIR buyout fraud was dealt with. Barb
