Carl and Craig, Thanks for your views. It's very useful to be able to compare notes on customer experiences like this. I would hope that WSS is concerned about customer service issues. But many of the experiences of people on this thread seem to have been quite negative with this firm. I assume many of the young internet brokerage firms are desperately trying to cope with greater demand than they had anticipated. Their low commissions perhaps do not provide the margins to offer the level of customer service that we expect. If that is the case, something will have to give because it does seem to me that the law provides customers a certain level of protection. Sam
