I disagree Sam.

I have had an account with Web Street for over a year now. I do all of my day trading with Web Street. I usually pay no commissions on my trades, and get great response time on my executions. If I trade DELL, I get immediate POP UP confirmations. If I trade a smaller pink sheet, or smaller over the counter stock, the confirmation takes a little longer. Makes sense to me.

Not only that, US Clearing confirms orders received and filled for many of the online brokers, not just Web Street. If there is a problem with getting confirms, it is with all online firms. The good news is that all firms are pouring money into there systems to get better results. This includes US Clearing.

There is a race going on between all brokerage firms to offer the best trading systems on the market. This will help further technology and give us day traders better prices, more options to use and quicker order executions. Hell, it already is better compared to mid 1997. I have learned from experience, by trading every business day, how to use the online brokerage to my advantage.

You should try opening a few different accounts and compare for yourself the top firms, I HAVE. Some people just can't comprehend how to use the different trading systems available. When they don't follow the instructions placed right in front of them, they come on all of the online boards to complain. If people took more responsibility for there actions, we could talk about real issues on how to improve Internet trading.

Oh well, good luck,

Bordelon
