wpckr, you are correct. I swear the first time I read it I got the same impression then for some reason after reading it again it looked like two separate announcements of old news which gave the impression of a tie in which wasn't necessarily but reading it again it says fuel cells for Allied Signal along with the other technologies. Am I going crazy and can't read or are there two different versions out there? I probably misread it the second time as I was in a rush and doing four different things at once. I apologize to Steve because I criticized him about that in a PM. Sorry Steve O!

AlliedSignal/DCH Technology Sign Agreement, DCH Set To Unveil PEM Stacks. AlliedSignal and DCH
Technology have signed a multi-year Strategic Alliance Agreement in the areas of gas sensors, control electronics and
hydrogen energy technologies. Under the agreement, AlliedSignal will develop aerospace systems, including hydrogen
powered vessels, integrating DCH's gas sensors and PEM fuel cells. DCH will be unveiling its PEM fuel cell stacks at
the National Hydrogen Convention April 7-9 in Virginia. The technology was developed in cooperation with Los
Alamos National Laboratory and the U.S. Department of Energy.

Did DCHT miss out on DOE hand out and if so, why?...

DOE Awards $70 Million for Transportation Fuel Cell Research. The U.S. Department of Energy has awarded $70 million to firms and educational institutions for research in fuel cells and high-efficiency automobile engines. Of the 21 cost-sharing agreements negotiated, sixteen have to do with PEM fuel cells for transportation and buildings. The R&D projects will be carried out over the next 2 to 3 years.

Aren't they in the PEM fuel cells business, applicable to buildings?
