Floyd gives notice too CYOE's auditors Pricewaterhouse Coopers. CYOE deliberately withheld information that 92% of CYOE sales were due to sales too Condisco. CFO Edward Beeman would not sign the third quarter 10K and was fired because of it. CYOE withheld this information from Pricewaterhouse Coopers and committed fraud. CYOE filed the 10K on 11/16/98 and NEVER gave this information too their auditors in an attempt to cover up their scheme. CYOE, CDO, Officers, Directors and Controlling Shareholder Misrepresented Earnings and Profited From Stock Sales. Coyote Network Systems violated Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The Complaint alleges that CYOE issued a series of materially false and misleading financial statements and failed to reveal that the Company was employing fraudulent accounting methods which artificially inflated Telecom Equipment revenues and earnings. On 11/16/98, the Company announced that third quarter results were above expectations. The Complaint alleges that these revenues and earnings was a direct result of CYOE's deceptive practice of prematurely recognizing revenue that artificially boosted cyoe's financial results during the period.

anyone think I should add something?
