We must put this in perspective. Remember the "premium" priced news providers absolutely despise message boards per se. All pay sites hate message boards as proprietary stuff is always crossed posted for free on the boards. These big boys want to spread fear and trepidation to all net message boards. It is simple self interest and copyright stuff. However, I do not belive the unwitting posting of false articles is a criminal or for that matter even a civil offense but then again I am not an attorney. I try to post links to articles so that at least people have to go to the site itself ie and be exposed to advertising etc. and thus believe I am much less likely to be considered a menace to the other sites,,,, George
