Hi Fred> One other thing that is a critical contribution from a marketing department is the service after the sale. If we are correct about VLNC having already reached agreements with at least a few customers then it would be time to expand this department so they can keep the committed customers happy while someone else is free to search for new business.

I haven't been excited about VLNC in a while...until today.

FMK, you are right that this new guy Battison has media connections--you don't get any bigger or more connected (literally and figuratively) than Westwood One. That he was PRESIDENT of Westwood One--wow! It amazes me that he's at Valence now, but this simply says, for any doubters, that we truly have a real company here. And I like the Iwerks connection with Roy Wright: These two new VLNC guys can hit the ground running, already knowing each other's styles.

The ABC background is impressive too, but it's the Westwood One experience most of all that tells me this is a man who can make the deals it takes for a company to grow to be #1.

I bought more today at a measly 6 5/8! Good things (IMO) are afoot.
