Don't know if any of the P&Fers have stopped by to tell you this. The BPOPTI (optionable stocks bullish percent) turned up yesterday. This is considered a P&F leading indicator and is the third such indicator to turn positive (not necessarily a buy signal though).

I don't care what the crazies say. This spring flower shopping
spree has got to stop. It looks to me even worse than the radio
stock mania. Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't the smart money
going long on radio stocks in the twenties? Wasn't it big money that was jumping out windows later? Correct me if on wrong on this, too. Isn't the institutional money going long on the nets? The media sure
touts the nets a lot lately.
There is NO new paradigm. That's the lamest thing I've heard in
a long time. It seems to me that too many people just can't stand
the pain anymore of either getting burned shorting the nets, or
missing the opportunities that the nets can offer. Well, the higher
the nets go, the uglier they look to me.
