(OTC-BB: TRKN) announced today that they had received orders from TriQuint Semiconductor Inc. for M0RI etch and physical vapour deposition (PVD) equipment. TriQuint is a long standing customer of Trikon and has placed a repeat order for a M0RI etch system and their first order for a Trikon Sigma(R) PVD cluster tool. The M0RI etcher will be added to those TriQuint already have in production whilst the Sigma(R) was chosen to deposit a three layer metal stack structure.
