How did I miss that point? Of course. So you dont ever "lose all your money" though should the stock be put to you it means the underlying has performed very badly next to what we expected!

Now, I suspect that this analogy will not go over well, so please recall that I am making an abstract argument against Ed's abstract assertions. Were Ed to have practiced his technique for the last ten years on, say, Komatsu, I would argue that he would have managed to lose substantially all his money. -mb
