Here is a new problem, and I thought I had seen em all. I was in the middle of the day and ask for my portfolio - it said I had to "log on", well OK - I did clear my cache in a futile attempt to get the pulse running and maybe lost something - so I attempt to log on and get "CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE" as a response. So I did, they did not know what what wrong and I got cut off in the middle of my conversation - (I thought to myself: great, now even their phone system is totalled or else they are trying to get back for the Money Magazine thing). I call back and get a "reset". What a pain and I was trying to catch my price on some options.

IM Bummed

Paul - yes - it's a lure to get more customers. What a trip. Well, I finally got to make some trades - but I had to do it over the phone and had to wait 50 minutes to get to an operator to transfer me to a broker and then I had to wait another hour. I got 5 trades done, and I did not have to pay the 24.95 fee for phone trades. They said they would "waive" the fee. Ha, I told them that was the least they could wave - since they cost money on sales and buys.

I shall be putting in some buys in the wee hours of the AM like around 4 am - not alot of traffic and you can navigate through the system quickly.

Good luck, Jacalyn
