Fred Anderson's comments on Bloomberg:
-Unit growth 27%, almost double IDC's 14% forecast
-Gaining market share in US/Japan. In the US is twice a yr ago.
-Channel inventory declined from 5 to 3 weeks.
-AAPL less dependent on enterprise market than PC makers.
-Unit/revenue growth to increase both sequentially and yr to yr basis
in the next quarters
-Gross margin to continue "relatively flat to very slightly down" from this quarter 26.3%
-Y2K is not a problem for AAPL [my comment: it never was]

CNBC's Joe Kernan @6.00 pm made very favorable comments about AAPL/ER. Hopefully, the Street is listening! Also, I thought I heard Sue Harera(?) say that the staff will be discussing AAPL tomorrow am.

I look for a turn around before COB tomorrow.
