Whatever you call it, it is a fundamental of human behaviour....well researched and documented. People will not wake up one day and say - ah well, I'm making money but let me stop now, I have had enough ! Neither will they wake up and say - Hey, I'm helping in making these companies overvalued - and thats not good so I'll stop buying ! maybe this component of understanding is necessary for successful trading in todays world. Its not about fundamentals, its not about morality, right or wrong - its about human psychology which is driven by human needs to survive and succeed. And success today is more ambiguous a term than ever..... Its a self supporting system. A self perpetuating machine. You can become bitter and fight the system - but thats not going to change it one bit !
