Point well taken Dan. I should have added IMO to my statement about the debentures or similar instrument. In my experience it is debt, not equity instruments, that are used in quantities of money that high. I have checked out how a deal would likely be structured with people I trust and they concur it is both possible and likely to be put together in that fashion. I apologize for the misleading statement.
