Hello Canabrava folks,

Can someone help me to understand what happened here?

SWG sold 3 million shares at $0.75, 11% of the company, to buy the same amount at $.80. OK, the buyer must be someone important to get a discount from the PP, but if SWG was better off doing the PP, why wouldn't the buyer have simply done the PP?

If the new buyer was somebody important, why was this not disclosed?

Something else is going on. Any ideas?

Regards,

PS. I am a big time SUF supporter, but absolutely baffled by recent trading and market events.
