Hi all... Can't resist when ever someone talks about selling their house the real estate agent in me leaps to the forefront. Hahahaha..JUST DO IT!!!! Taxes are enough to make me make a move too!! Tomorrow is going to be an ugly, ugly, day...We are actually going to go somewhere and drink heavily..partaking of some killer margaritas...probably try to enjoy each others misery...Doing the estimated thing is the killer...especially if you have an up and down year or a down start after an up end... Did anyone catch Joe on The Edge tonite..he was crankin!! and Sue had her dogs on..they were really cute..Don't usually get to see that show..a treat!! Here's to taking a long nap and waking up to after tax day... Frannie
