OT "Democracies fail when the public discovers they can vote themselves increase." I think that was Thomas Jefferson .. and I'm sure that I don't have the quote totally correct. One of the reasons that they decided against forming a democracy and formed a republic instead. Wonder why we want everybody else to be a democracy? Gersh

Well, I like ROCKET MAN, but I'm biased!! Yeah, well, we decided to send 300 more aircraft over seas. This is starting to smell like Viet Nam all over again. No one can explain why we are doing what we are doing, No one can explain what we do next (if there is a next), No one can explain when these things will come to fruition. The only benefactor to all this that I can see are the same folks that benefited during Viet Nam, the industrial complex. Why can't we just dump a bunch of bombs and missiles in the deep and play like we dropped them in Europe? Maybe this would satisfy the money men! Just one mans opinion, we respect others.
