You may still be able to tender your shares.

If you do nothing, each share you own will turn into $37 cash as they finalize the deal (may already have happened, although the stock still seems to be trading).

Rodney,
I no longer have the tender documents that Schwab sent me but my recollection is that if you fail to tender your shares, you will eventually be cashed out (not sure of the date or if this is 100% accurate, but somehow this is what i remember). Have you tried to contact someone at E-Trade? They might be able to help you out.
