BGR, CNBC just report that Raymond Block (think I got the name correct) call the market yesterday. Is now saying we should expect a "dead cat bounce", however, don't buy as the techs and Internets are still going down...more negative spin to scare the small investors and keep the herd mentality fueled...panic in the streets is a great way to "control" the markets.
