Yeah, I am holding a whole bunch that I bought at $4.50. They need to get the CFO on board, get a NASDAQ listing and get ALA or whomever signed up. Fred said in the Conference Call that if ALA didn't happen it would not be the end of DBSS. So I hope he is negotiating hard with the competitor so that ALA gets to the table with a reasonable deal. What I heard from the Company is that ALA wanted another 30 days. Maybe they will announce by 4/30. But the fast money has moved and yes this is a buying opportunity if the above all fall into place. Too bad I already bought - I don't have a dime available. I would like to know what $4 million bought in equity. Nice that there is confidence to buy in, but if they bought at a lower than market number it does not give as firm a vote of confidence as if they were with the rest of us. My guess is the current market price is reflective of their bargain buy-in, but that is only a guess. Holdin' and hopein' I need a winner!!!!! (-8 Dennis 8-)

Dennis/Sam, Not the greatest of time for long time DBS'ers I called DBSS and Mike V(PR contact) response to my frustration that no valuation specifics on the $4MM leads to one simple fact... they gave DASA a great price, thats fine with me,but give us the details. Don't hide behind a 6 month delay when the 10k should reveal more details. The only thing that has changed with the DBS story is that it is better today than ever. The market is just not on to this one yet. I am now over 100k shares of this stock anI firmly believe in the months ahead we will not be disappointed. Good Luck/Good Investing Blu
