Introduction Market Data Compact

Anyone have any information on this telecommunications company? DBSS has been granted a license from the FCC (worth $50 -100 mln) to launch low orbiting satellites which reads meters from space. DBSS currently has 5.7 million shares outstanding. DBSS is a fully reporting company with the SEC. Any information pertinent to this "sleeping giant" is welcomed.
