If you remember the last press release from TK that LifeOne responded to it was actually a decision involving TSG not LIFEONE. As far as what they have to gain who knows? Maybe they are still short and know the end is near. Maybe the bankruptcy settlement is just around the corner. Maybe a judgement was issued that has some tie to the current market price. Could be anything. GOSH maybe they are telling the truth. NAH
