He's keeping everything about the K7 very close to his vest...I take that as a good sign, actually. Judging from the "foils", there will be no contest. As Jerry said, "this is a 'no-compromises' design". They lose ~$125MM in one quarter--the fact that they aren't running around and going nuts and laying people off and announcing huge cost cuts, etc., might lead one to think they know K7 will be very good...a savior. We shall see what we shall see. Do you think we have a bottom here? regards, Dan

What a shame ;^))" Someone runs a new set of foils in front of you and you pop a bonner. You're like a thirteen yearold with a copy of playboy. Scumbria these are just more foils. You can't even tell the difference anymore. This is a line of BS being fed to you by a company that just posted their worst loss is history and you believe them. A company that will likely post another huge loss this quarter and you believe them. A company that faces an avalanche of law suits charging fraud on the part of the Board of Directors and the CEO. A company who told you when the K6 came back "we're baaaack" and you believed them. A company that told you over and over "profits are just around the corner" and you believed them. A company that told you over and over that "the yield problems have now been fixed" and you believed them. The fact is that by now AMD knows that there are many out there who will believe ANYTHING they say. You have lollypop written right across your forehead. You are a case study of the battered wife syndrome. You will find any excuse you need to find a way to still believe. We need people like you. You're the one the rest of us make money off of. Keep up the good work and keep believing! EP
