Tero,

I don't see how any personal characterizations are relevant - if you knew how insulting it is to call a biochemist a chemist you'd appreciate how much I'm hurtin' inside.

My memory mistakenly thought you are a chemist. My apology to you on that. OK. You are a biochemist. And I will remember that this time.

Your comments seem to say I have a personal attack on you is totally unfounded. Do you really think you can be a good columnist without people just emailed you with constructive criticism or you just need Mika or anyone else kept writing "long live Tero!" stuff.

I think you just deny my right to write what I want from any topic on a public domain. That is a personal attack to its extreme. I do not live in a socialist country or communist country. You certainly do not have a right to tell me what to read, what to write, or if I want to hide my identity or not. It really is non of your business. Sir.

You certainly have the same right not to read my post or not to respond to my post. But please give me the web site to check if Nokia had done vendors financing to those operators. I will certainly like to find out if your wordings proven wrong or not. Nokia and ERICY simply do not file their 10 K stuffs here in US. You seem to say you have a lot of inside information on Nokia. That is the reason I ask you. Did you check it yet? I do all the research stuffs myself. I certainly like to see it myself.

Best,

Brian H.

I was in the Sprint store in Dallas. I saw the Q phone on display. Did not see the StarTac on display. Totally unscientific, of course.

Tero,

"In a news release, Schwab Canada said it's working with other regional carriers to roll out similar services across Canada. Starting Thursday, its customers with a trading account will be able to receive real-time stock quotes, log on to their Schwab Canada account, and execute trades via a Qualcomm QCP2700 phone from Bell Mobility."

What do you think of this? Does Nokia have a phone that would do this and if so, why aren't they pushing it? This is one application which would convince a lot of people to upgrade their phone. (Or is this nothing new?)

Sorry if I'm being dense.

Regards,

Marc

(still long Nokia, my LOKAL -> LOKAF options are the best investment I have ever made. 18 to 116, and then split.)

I beg to differ, but you were still bashing MOT in december. I remember because the new CDMA phones came out then, and you said it wouldnt help. Your market predictions have been terrible! An anylyst you are not!

Can I join in in "abusing" Tero ? In case anyone reading this does not also "slog" through the "blabbermouth thread" (Qualcomm - coming in to buying range) -- over there I brought up the thought that Qualcomm's soon to be released "thin phone" will probably become the new "in" thing, displacing the Q Phone.

So, it is not so crazy that a carrier does not want lots of Q Phones in their inventory.

Jon.
