NASDAQ Announcement Timing and Trading Musings Hello, It appears that if BII is to be listed on NASDAQ the announcement will be made one week prior to actual NASDAQ trading begins. Example - ICG made its announcement on March 22nd that trading on NASDAQ would commence on March 29th. By the by, there was no net effect positive or negative evident on ICG's stock the date of announcement or actual trading date. Good luck!
